correction co-ops and condo’s will be allowed, private houses not allowed

very hard to sort through all this stuff in such a short period of time, i would spend more time buying a house and  would want to rule out certain things .

The issue with private ownership has to do with deed restrictions and  making sure no one puts in a vegeatable garden in this area , even after clean-up
